The kit footprint is 4-1/4″ x 3-3/8″ and is 6-3/4″ tall to top of tower, 3-1/8″ tall to top of building.

New Revisions include resin foundation, Tichy windows, shutters on all windows, new porch columns, steps for front & rear doors, new chimney & newly designed light tower. Please note: The photos here are displayed two ways… on a diorama setting (landscaping and flag pole are not a part of the actual kit but flag pole is sold separately), AND the photos not on the diorama setting show what is actually included in the kit, including the foundation.

This kit is based on the Mispillion Light House. located along the Delaware Peninsula. It was built in 1873 and in use until 1929 when it was replaced by a steel tower light. The original light house was hit by lightning and nearly burned down. What was left was moved and restored into a private home.
This great little lighthouse is equally at home on an ocean setting or on the New England coast.
