If we make a shipment to an International address, and it is returned to us because that address is not receiving USA mail, or for any other reason, and the product is in mint condition, complete, and in its original container, we will refund to the buyer, the cost of merchandise, less shipping cost, handling/processing cost, insurance cost, “payment service provider” fees (ex. PayPal ) and any other applicable imposed fees/cost that we incurred while processing the order.
