This RR Tug is perfect for any harbour or river scene. With its high pilot house, this tug typifies a railroad tug boat used for moving railroad car flats and barges. The higher pilot house allows the captain to see over a railway car float loaded with box car. With the closing of most car float operations, many of these tugs may now be seen in regular tug boat service.
We sincerely hope you enjoy this Tug and that it brings further realism to your layout tied up at the dock or on the open water, or as it gives you pleasure just looking at it on your mantle or bookcase.
