Based on photos of a building in Emu Flat, Victoria which was constructed in 1875 and closed in 1943.
It’s interesting that the style of the building is quite typical of structures in the Northeast US, both inland and coastal areas. It is similar to some of the small homes
in many coastal towns.
This gem would certainly add character to a waterfront scene or diorama
Easy to build kit includes laser-cut basswood and plywood, molded wood corners, Tichy windows
and doors, corrugated paper roofing, cast metal roof vents, and photo illustrated instructions.
Optional small shed wall with/without door. Small shed is also optional.
