Revisions include resin foundation, Tichy windows, shutters on all windows, new porch columns, steps for front & rear doors, new chimney & newly designed light tower. This kit is based on the Mispillion Light House. located along the Delaware Peninsula. It was built in 1873 and in use until 1929 when it was replaced by a steel tower light. The original light house was hit by lightning and nearly burned down. What was left was moved and restored into a private home.
This great little lighthouse is equally at home on an ocean setting or on the New England coast.
Our kit includes laser-cut walls, stripwood, roofing materials, cast chimney, laser-cut windows, doors and cupola materials and full instructions with photos.
The kit footprint is 4-1/4″ x 3-3/8″ and is 6-3/4″ tall to top of tower, 3-1/8″ tall to top of building.
