Note: Landscape materials not included, however we do include in the kit four pieces of the M397 breakwater wall that runs down the right side of the structure in some of our photos. M397 is the vertical board constructed breakwater not the stone wall breakwater.

This is a structure that would be located on a waterfront. It would be at home on any large lake, Atlantic or Pacific oceans, Gulf Coast, or any harbor, bay, or river that had fishing commerce. Boats loaded with their “catch of the day” would tie up to the building or inside the building directly under the building, and off load. The boat might also pick up their bait and equipment form this building. It is a receiving, processing and distribution facility serving the marine industry of fishing. The structure could also be at home as a land based facility such as a lumber yard or vegetable processing and distribution center.
