Sea Port kit: B114 Lobster Shack on the Dock – HO Scale – dock footprint: 2-3/8” x 4-1/4”

This classic building and dock represent any one of the hundreds of such shacks up and down the eastern seaboard & west coast of the United States. It is a point where fishing boats pick up their bait & equipment plus drop off their catch of the day. It is also a point where much fellowship/conversation is had between fisherman and land based support persons.

The structure is subject to much physical abuse as tons of fish and lobster are dumped onto its decks and boats bump up against its pier posts. Tides are continually pushing and pulling against its pier post. The weather plays a role in the abuse as well. The walls and roofs of this kit are thin and full of holes to be “realistic”. That is how the kit was designed.

This structure has been subject to much abuse. Build it accordingly.
