These diesel tugs were converted from steam tugs and were seen all over the Great Lakes from 1900 until their conversion to diesel during the 1950’s. Our kit is a waterline model, based upon the Great Lakes Towing Company’s 81′ L.C. Sabin. Looks great with our barge or helping to dock our freighter.
